I returned my C100S due to low microphone volume. The microphone works adequately only when the C100S is about 2 feet from the mouth of the speaker. However, the microphone volume is so low it is useless if the primary use involves several people or the user intends to carry on a conversation while moving to a nearby printer or fax. Not recommended. You have to be kidding about microphone sensitivity! I returned my C100S due to low microphone volume.
